Rail is coming to our yards on Taylor Way. Working with Tacoma Rail, TGL will load and unload rail cars on our own property. From here, your freight connects to BNSF Railway and Union Pacific, and from there to markets across North America.
Our new gate sits 800 feet from the Port of Tacoma’s EB1 gate, so RoRo and breakbulk rigs roll off the terminal and into our yard on a short haul. Once rail is running, cargo can come off the vessel, go through our yard and onto a rail car without leaving the tideflats.
The crew that already handles your containers, chassis and heavy equipment will handle your rail cars too. Same yard, same people, same exceptional service.
