TGL stands on Puyallup land, alongside a port that has carried trade for generations. This is prime Northwest real estate with a history and heritage that deserve deep respect. From this ground up, we've built a full-service operation with serious acreage, direct rail access, and a team that shows up ready to hustle every day.
DECADES OF EXPERIENCE
Kathy Williams, CEO, COO
A lifetime in supply chain and logistics has taught Kathy Williams one thing above all else: performance starts with people. She's built her career standing up new operations and growing them from the ground up, but at the heart of it has always been the same two things — taking care of customers, and building teams strong enough to take a company further. That approach is exactly what's driving TGL's growth today.

MANAGEMENT
Brandon Barry, Director of Operations
Brandon keeps the daily rhythm of all the operations running — coordinating crews, schedules, and equipment so freight moves without bottlenecks. For clients, that means fewer surprises: jobs run on schedule because one person is watching the whole operation, not just their own piece of it. >>Email Brandon
Allyse Ross, Director of Accounts
Every organization has one person who holds it all together, and at TGL that’s Allyse. She’s the CEO’s right hand and supports every business unit manager. She also runs accounting and payroll and keeps TGL’s infrastructure built and running. For clients, she’s often the behind-the-scenes reason communication stays clear and paperwork stays accurate. >>Email Allyse
Elijah McMillon, Depot Manager
Elijah runs the day to day of both the container depot and the chassis depot operations — making sure containers are ready to move the moment they're needed. For clients, that means equipment on hand exactly when it's needed, and cargo that keeps moving without delay. >>Email Elijah
Patrick Foster, Project Manager
Patrick manages all new projects that come to the table at TGL. Whether it's a change in the land layout, working with permitting and city officials, our upcoming FTZ, adding racking to the warehouse, or something as simple as training across the company, Patrick's attention to detail and extraordinary structural organization are a tremendous asset to the management team. >>Email Patrick
